In the summer of 2023 the Upright Window brand was born out of personal protest to outrageous replacement window pricing. My first experience consisted of a 2-hour presentation that ended with the sales person quoting me 78 thousand dollars for 29 windows.

I thought he was joking and once I realized he was serious, I felt angry and frustrated. He then went outside, made a phone call to return with the “today only” price of 62 thousand dollars. At that point I was done and asked him to leave. I received several more quotes from large window companies, which yielded the same outcome.
